Cortado, one of the types of hot coffee, is espresso based and prepared with milk. When viewed as a word, "cortar" means to cut. In other words, it is obtained as a result of cutting espresso with milk. This type of coffee, which was first started to be drunk in Spain, has recently become common in our country. This coffee, which appeals more to those who have a dominant coffee taste, is prepared by adding milk to double shot espresso. Optionally, the same amount of frothed milk can be added instead of milk. In this case, the dominance of the coffee taste will not be lost, the milk taste will remain in the background a little more. A special coffee experience can be experienced with cortado, which is both soft and coffee-intensive.
