Latte Macchiato - In general, latte macchiato is the “elongated” version of cappuccino. Lots of milk and just a hint of coffee, added later, a spot in fact, to give a slight aroma and color. If prepared in a workmanlike manner, it is a real delight and the transparent glass serves to see the three layers: the milk froth, one part mixed with coffee and one part of milk. A delicious milk cream where the taste of milk prevails over that of coffee.
